Scientists develop lightweight nuclear "battery". The storage capacity is vaguely described as being "millions" of times greater than Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries of the same size.

I'm starting to think that it is not possible to blog Worldcon while at it. It is as difficult as if would be to blog a concert while playing third cello at it; Worldcon is a profoundly participatory experience.
